I had an agreement with Mosebedi Attorneys to handle my deceased mother's estate and transfer ownership to me and my brother. The funds we were expecting from the estate were deposited into their estate bank account in March 2022, from then on they were supposed to facilitate the transfer of the house, till today that hasn't happened, instead when asked for progress the answer would be that the process is complex until I got suspicious of their conduct and insisted on terminating the mandate. It's been 2 months now, they don't respond to phone calls and emails. The Conveyancer I was dealing with is Gugu Lupuwana who is a Practice Manager. Daniel Mosebedi, the owner also does not respond to communication.
