My Fibre shut down just after midnight on 30.11.2020 and it took FIFTEEN days for Vodafone Fibre to arrange a repair. I wrote to the complaints department twice - they promised to get back to me within 24 working hours (today is 20 Jan 2020 and I am still waiting). The call center has no idea of what is going on, they can give you no information and use the excuse that Vodacom does not do the repairs so any delay is the fault of the repair company. My contract is not with the repair company , it is with Vodacom. All in all the service is disgusting - Vodacom just does not care. I cannot wait until my contract is up - a word of advice DO NOT USE VODAFONE FIBRE.
Carpet Cleaning Central were quick to respond to my email , gave me an immediate quotation - very, very reasonable at that - and arrived on time the next day to clean the carpets. The two employees were extremely helpful and handled the entire job with great care and professionalism. All in all I was very impressed and very happy with my clean carpets that were dry with hours. A highly recommendable company.
<p>I ordered my perfume , which was nearly 20% cheaper than elsewhere, yesterday morning at around 9am. My parcel arrived before 9 this morning, beautifully wrapped with free samples! <p>After spending months looking for a company to pave a small driveway (15m2) for a reasonable price , I finally came across MMS Group in Germiston. They gave fantastic service from the first contact and I am now - less than a week later- the proud owner of a beautiful newly paved driveway from the street to the gate. I purchased a GROUPON voucher for an eyeliner permanent make up and make a booking telephonically last Friday. The company asks that you send a copy of your booking through to them at least 48 hours before the actual appointment. When I sent my confirmation through this morning , I requested some customer reviews for the person who would be working on my eyes. I received an email back from Kathryn stating that she would be working on my eyes, and references would not be possible and if I did not like it she suggested I cancel my appointment. I replied saying I would be happy for previous customers to call me, as it was a tattoo so I was understandably anxious. I received a reply stating no details would be supplied and my upcoming appointment was cancelled! <br> I am truly horrified at this treatment - as I prospective customer I am not entitled to hear what other customers have to say? I find the attitude of the owner, Kathlyn, one of extreme rudeness and can only wonder at why she is so afraid of giving out previous customer reviews? I have cancelled my Groupon voucher and will find another beautician who is prepare to assist a paying customer.<br>
