Friendly car part not so Friendly anymore

If both a sensor for my ford ranger from them still sensor shows faulty on my diagnostic machine,but the worse thing they have done,is the day if made the payment i did not make a immediate payment so if send them proof of payment they did not expect it,but my driver where already there to pick up the part.So then i phoned my bank to recall the payment,so i can pay them again and do a immediate payment to them.My bank told me its ok but it will take 7days for the money to be back in my account they will call there bank and recall my money.So i made a second payment to them and got the sensor 11days after this took place.My bank phones me and tells me that they stopped the bank to recall my money back to my account.Now they don't answer me on whatsapp anymore so i don't know what to do anymore.
