We have been using Blu52 for years and like the results.. However over the past few months we have found that the contents of the container are never full. the container has 4 cells and on every occasion at least one is only 40 - 50 percent full. So we phoned the customer care no on the container and a very nice lady said on all occasions every cell should be completely full.. Okay so we bought another one today and we opened it and two of the cells are below par. So we phoned again and were told that we must return the item to the supplier which we feel is an unreasonable expense for us and requested that a representative collect it from us. Let's see what happens but it would appear that there is no quality control

I took them a 40 year old power steering rack for a Jaguar XJS at 12 pm. It was ready the following morning - tested, leak free and painted. Brilliant service - we are quick to complain but so seldom give praise when it is due
It is disappointing to realise that you have been ****med good and proper. Can't believe I fell for this. Better to admit your cash is gone and move on
21/3/23 I placed an order and paid in full and was advised delivery would be week commencing 16 April. 18 April new delivery date given as 2 May. 9 May I emailed asking for update. No reply,. 19 May I emailed requesting update no reply. 23 May I telephoned and was eventually No. 1 in the queue after 6 minutes essage said no one available try again later. Tried again same reuslt. Can't sepak or email anyone to ask for return of my money.
