I ordered Ruutos detangling conditioner but they delivered a different product from different manufacturer. Their website is also showing products that are sold out as available. After I paid that's when they said some of the products paid for are unavailable then offered me a different product
Terrible experience at the sales department. They don't respond to emails until you call them to check your email. I bought a remote control for TV Box and I was assisted by Hope. One day he wasn't in, and no one could help me. The lady told me that if I have a proof of purchase for my old remote, I could claim warranty however when Hope came back, he told me I can't claim warranty because remote control is an accessory. Fast forward I called on a Monday to check if my remote had been dispatched off which he confirmed that he dispatched it the previous Friday and said I should expect delivery on same Monday or Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday asking for the contact details of the courier company and the tracking number for my parcel which he promised to send the information on email. I waited almost the entire day without receiving his email. I kept on calling him without success. Eventually he responded and said he had just sent the details while we were talking on the phone. After we ended the call, I realized that the dispatch was only done on Tuesday. When I call him that's when he confirmed that they only dispatched it on Tuesday.
Style Cafe Sa is an online store which sells women shoes. In Feb and March 2023, I bought sneakers and heels respectively. According to their website, their delivery turnaround times is 2 - 4 weeks. No communication whatsoever. They don't respond to the emails, until the told me in May the my sneakers won't be delivered because "they are no longer available". Then they offered to give me an alternative pair of shoes which I declined and gave them my banking details to refund me. I'm in the 2nd week since I gave them my banking details however I haven't received my refund to date and as usual when I ask them on whatsapp they choose to blue tick me. Then they delivered my heels in May however the sizes we mixed up. Left was size 5 while right was size 3. After several hustles and follow ups with them they eventually collected those mixed-up sizes. So, to date I don't have my refund for the undelivered sneakers nor delivery of my heels.
