Active since May 2023
I ordered a product and paid for it - but received an email within minutes that the product was not actually available and they would like to offer me a gift card instead. I did not want the gift card, and requested a refund - to which they agreed. However - almost two months later no refund has been received, and there has been no responses to my emails asking for details of progress. There is no other method of contacting them on their website other than the email address to which they are not responding. I have laid a complaint with the national consumer commissioner.
