Hi, I purchased some burgers for my family some time ago and when I got home there was a burger short. After a lot of effort my wife eventually got hold of someone anf after another long argument they replaced the burger that was short with one of their cheaper burgers. We were obviously not very happy and refrained from buying from them for quite a long time. Last night I decided to spoil the kids with Burger King, because they always ask when are we buying from them again. So after working late I went to Burger King (Willow Road Centre Port Elizabeth), the same one we used to always go to. The que was long, because it was peak hours and I ordered my usual which was a combo4 with an extra Whopper. After waiting for about half an hour in the drive through, with impatient people behind me, I received my order, yes I did not check, but as I said I was waiting a long time, the que behind me was long and the people behind me kept honking on me to move on, so needless to say I accepted my order and left. When I got home and opened the packet there was once again a burger short, the extra Whopper that I ordered. I am not going to try to reach them, because previously it was a big struggle and in the end we received a burger that was cheaper than the one we did not receive. So Burger King will never ever see me again. If they want to make it right they can send me an email: send2danie@gmail.com
I asked how their service worked and what they charged for their service. I received news from them that my fine was reduced to x amount whereby I advised them that I can pay at month end. I was advised that it needed to be paid immediately otherwise it is not valid and the lady was very rude and made inaccurate assumptions and I was still not advised on how they work. About 15minutes after our conversation I received an email with a quote and an attachment explaining everything, I then rep**** with the same answer that I would accept and pay at month end, whereby the lady I spoke to rep**** and instructed that my details must be deleted and that I can pay the full fine, which is fine by me. All in all, there are lots of people offering the same service and I will recommend you rather use a different company that Fines4U.
