Still waiting for my refund

I’ve been having terrible experience with them. Tried going through to their Maputo trip but due to their lack of communication I had to cancel still within the required time to get a full refund. All my calls don’t go through and when I got my friend to pretend to enquire about a trip she got a quick response even though they say they’re out of the country. I am not happy with the service at all , still waiting for my refund till this date. If you’re willing to risk your money with unreliable travel agency, this is the one.
