We were unfortunate not to research about this Training company. We've paid for the training upfront! We have been trying to contact their offices for the past six months now, but with no luck. Seems when our company office number or my cell number pop up on their side we get ignored. The Trainer even tried to assist us to follow up with Prosper from KMS Training, but since his last email in April 2023 there was no luck. The reason for my emails & calls: We are still waiting for our Certificates that was promised to us since February 2023. We will not refer ANYONE to this Workshop, as their aftersales are disappointing and their company is *********! I would advise all to find a reputable Training company. If we had did our research, we would have not used this company.
We are having no luck with ADT. We called the call centre 14 September 2015 and they were going to get someone to call us back but still no feedback from them. They came to install the system Friday 11 September 2015, but with no introduction of how it works as we have never used this before. No feedback from sales consultant to explain how cell panic, access to property...ect works (When we asked technician he said we must ask call centre , then when we phoned the call centre they said we must speak to the technician) - going around in circles....<br> One of the sensors is faulty from Friday, We have not been able to activate alarm from Friday because of this. <br> <br> We are really frustrated with ADT so far. We have asked to cancel as well, but they said we can only cancel after 30 days. Whatever happened to 7 days return.
