I am not happy with that service at all. I placed an order on Saturday and sent an email a few minutes later to cancel the order. I emailed them and did not receive any response via email. I then used the message option on their website and someone responded not even with a “ Hello, thank for your message.” As an any professional would when responding to clients. I just got a “ we will stop the order and refund you” I sent my banking details to them and still haven’t received any acknowledgment to say that they’ve received my banking details and that they will facilitate a refund. I m still waiting for them to email me back and advise accordingly. Really disappointed in them.
I am very disappointed at how terrible the service is at snatcher. I made a purchase on the 2nd of June and to this day I haven’t received my order. They are not responding to my emails. This was R3.6k purchase. The number provided on the site does not work. No one’s responds to emails.
