Worst after-sale service.
Worst after-sale service ever! I submitted a claim back in August, and now, over three long months later, my car remains unfixed. I’m not getting any updates from them, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve called about 20 times trying to find out what the hold-up is, but it’s just one excuse after another. Sending a complaint to their complaints department seems utterly pointless. I’m still waiting for any kind of feedback!

Pathetic!!!
PATHTIC!!! This is truly the worst of the worst. My car has been sitting there for over 3 months now. One lie after another. Six weeks ago, I was told my car was in the "painting stage." Then, four weeks ago, I was assured everything was done except for waiting on a bumper. And now, today... my car is still not ready!!! This is just PATHETIC!

I have also been ****med like many others. Never received my order. Very very disappointed. Will never order from them again.
