Unreturnable small size sneakers

I bought a pair of sneakers. They arrived on time unfortunately size was small I tried to return them but couldn't go through. The cellphone number written in parcel is invalid I sent emails, no reply received. I returned sneakers to sender address, also invalid. They were returned to me.
