Complain

Hi im mpho manana i have a problem with the sea trade funeral from phiri soweto. My father passed away November, then received a call and also an SMS stating i must come and claim the policy. I was supposed to go and sign.My stepmother went to claim for the policy not knowing i am the main member. I then wanted the clarity of why is everything in a rush. Only to find out that the money must go straight to my stepmother. There is this lady Lebo who was assisting me she told me that because i am the main Member i must bring the documents for policy claiming . I gave them everything that was needed it was 2nd week december. I called January asking for the process Lebo then told me that the owner Nhlanhla Shabalala wont pay the claim i need to make a meeting with my stepmother to compromise to get who is supposed to get the money. And she is not on the policy .Which is My latest father was paying it. It was not paid by her. I then called on April. Telling me that the policy is on hold. Called again at May. Telling me the policy has elapsed . I must start over again.and i am still paying the policy. So i would like you to help me with this process.
