Bad food and no care
Ordered the Esbien, I couldn't eat it. It was extremely salted. The manager said it is usually like this. I have eaten esbein consistently at Spirs around the country over years and today was the worst experience

****ming services and donot refund you when they bus does not pitch
Pathetic service from Intercity Express not refunding people at all. They bus did not pitch on the day it was meant to pick up my fiance in Newcastle. For the past month they have been taking us from pillar to post with our refund. Scandalous and ************ ****ming company with *********** customer services.

Great place. ****** manager. Was there with my witlfe for 2hours that man was greeting and checking up all white customers and ignored us the entire time. I hope these great establishments should remove these ******s leveling scores at wrong areas. We are trying to buil South Africa. If I could I would rate this place a minus 100. We work hard as black Africans to afford to dine here only to have a ******
