I had the best experience with the purchase of my vehicle. Their cars are very neat and well looked after. I got a very good deal with the vehicle that I purchased. I received great service from George. Jeanine that assisted with the financing got me a very good interest rate. All in all, I will highly recommend this dealership. Keep up the good work.
Inaccurate Dekra report. On day 4 of owning the car, not even driven vehicle for 100km, the brakes started squeaking. According to Dekra report the brakes were “average”. From average to worn and needed to be replaced in less than 100km. Costs were for my account as WBC are of the opinion that it was wear and tear. Note to self. Check brakes self when buying a car. Don’t trust Dekra. Salespeople not able to assist with queries and comebacks. No system in place by management to deal with queries and issues at Silver Lakes branch. All the responsibilities are dumped back on the salesperson to try and resolve the issues and they don’t have capacity to deal with the queries. The only customer care / after sales service that is provided is through their online dispute resolution system which is pathetic. Damage to vehicle during warranty repairs. The workshop that WBC recommended for the warranty repairs damaged my vehicle whilst at their premises. Luckily the workshop repaired the vehicle, but the warranty and bodywork repairs took 3 and a half months. Drove 10km with vehicle after service and repairs when engine lights turned on and there were more problems with vehicle. Dispute resolution not working. Lodged concerns on online system at their customer care department. In both instances I didn’t get a response in 3 business days and the disputes weren’t resolved within 10 business days. More recently dispute lodged 5 June and got feedback 22 June. Customer Care agent didn’t phone back with feedback, and I had to call every time to hear what the outcome was. Not even the managers at CC returned my call. I proposed swapping my car for different car with less km’s but this fell on deaf ears. Clearly, they don’t want my business. Now the long wait for a settlement letter.
