Utterly disgusted
Good day I am very very disappointed in your services.You dont own to what you promise your customers.I was promised that my goods would have been delivered on Friday 27February 2026.When i called you on numerous occassions you could not even answer me propperly about the location of your truck. Excuses upon excusesThen You tell me know the truck is in George. then Ntombi told me the truck would have been here Saturday 28Februaty 2026. the truck never cam then Again I was told no it will be monday .The driver stuart called today 1March and said he is on his way . A bit later he called me and told me no the truck broke down he is waiting for someone to jumpstart him . I am waiting at the location for my things to arrive as he said someone is on their way to help him. So the truck arrived at about 1600 .I am disgusted with your service my boxes are damaged and torn open my piano got damage .I am going to lay a formal complaint against your company . I will be going through my list and check all my things . And if i find that my things are damaged or missing, I am going to take this higher and you will be held accountable for loss and damages if I find any.I will by all means take legal action if I have to . We gave our belongings in a good and propper state where all our boxes was in perfect condition ans propperly sealed .The truck that you used is in a very bad condition .Our boxes got wet and tore open . If this is how you do business then I am very very sorry you have failed .I have read reviews about your business and I must say again I am disgusted . You must be ashamed of how you lie to your customers .You make promises you cant keep . And when we as customers confront you you and your staff are rude towards us I even spoke to Paul who I must say has no manner of speaking to people . He has no humanity what so ever . he is beyond rude I wil never never ever recommend you to anyone and I will make sure that your so called reputation gets ruined . Your company is a disgrace to other businesses that does the same work . You cant even communicate to your customers about where the trucks are .I dont even think you actually track the trucks like you say you do. . Your communication is poor .I suggest you and your staff get training on how to work with customers and how to speak on a phone as you have no etiquete on how to speak over a phone I will be filing a very bad rating and report your business to higher authorities . I am so utterly disappointed with your service . you will be hearing from me

Dishonest dealerExtreme Auto
I sold my car to this place Extreme Auto i. Krugersdorp last year15May2024ro a mr Craig Botha who is the owner of the secondhand dealership at 149luiperd street .He advused and oromised that wr dis have to do anyrhing regarding paperword and so on . today n year later When i tried to renew my curre car licence disc I was unbale to do so as this Craig Botha didnot to date do anything about it When i went to confront him about it. i was treated like **** by his wife Melanie Botha who advised that they will not assist me with my request as he is not available this happens everytime It seems this place is not legitimate and *****ulent . I will be taki g rhis to the police and go public with them as I cant drive without a license disc fir my current car
