Bad customer service, worse experience
I ordered and paid 25 November 2024, 3 weeks later I have still not received any shipment and 6 emails to the company went unanswered. Customer service is non- existent, they keep on posting excuses on their FB page, yet do nothing to fulfill the orders placed. Save yourself the money, effort and disappointment.

Reading through the reviews posted here, it seems this seller has a modus operandi of being "nice" until payment is made, then does not deliver and buyers get blocked on social media and whatsapp with no way to enquire about their order. I wish I had read these reviews before placing a rather large order- that I never received .

The poorest service EVER!!
This company provides no customer service AND does not honour their commitments. Placed an order 27 May 2023 after I was informed 10- 15 working days. I enquired after 17 working days and 3 x was given different time lines- all of which have expired by now and its now 6 weeks and no response and no shipping. I was blocked when enquiring and am now out of money and did not receive anything

Buyers Beware
I ordered 2 pairs of pants and paid on line after I was told on a mesesnger chat that shipping woud be 10- 15 working days- i still have the conversation available. After 17 days i enquired and was told the next week. The next week i enquired and was told the week after. After this I was blocked, not send the pants and neither was I afforded a refund. *****ulent company
