Worst customer experience.....My application on their website is pending and waiting approval for more then 2 days now. When emailing or WhatsApp or calling you don't get feed back. Time wasted when you need urgent cash flow..... Please stay away.
I was contacted by one of their consultants who stated that they can assist me with a loan even if I am under debt review but I would need to accept a debi check of R 250 once off for admin fees and a credit report and an agent will contact me shortly there after regarding the status of my loan, I waited and waited but to no avail. I then had to follow up myself and was advised that my loan was declined. I was very disappointed and left it. End of November came and R685 was deducted from my account which I had no knowledge of, I immediately went to the bank to stop the debit order and to reverse it but was told that only they can reverse it. I then contacted Finwell Legal Service on the 1 November 2023 and spoke to a Client Relations Supervisor(Queries) by the name of Llewellyn Smith who advised me that they do not assist people with loans who are under debt review and that he would have to request a call recording that would take 48 hours. Today is 5 November 2023 and still no response even after I have been calling their contact numbers for 2 days straight and no one gets back to me. All I want is a refund of the money ****** from my ban account. I am appalled by the poor service and the way this situation is being dealt with. A warning to all!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF PEOPLE!!!! ****MERS AND *****S!!!!!
Samuel Moonsamy is a **** and a ****mer. You must pay upfront payments and there after you will have hear from him again. Culture Value Loans is a big ****. God will deal with him.
