Hello everyone- l would like to share my experience on how I have been treated in this business. l bought a laptop after 3 months it had cracks along the screen on the edge of the frame on both sides. Well, l went to inquire about the issue with the salesperson called Fana and he promised to call me on a certain date- he never did. l went there and found another gentleman who mentioned he was off duty and explained it will take three months to be sent to the store l have waited and called again. The same guy Fana said to bring a laptop and will fix it when l got there, he was not at work they had to start from zero taking all information again for the matter well they needed to take my laptop with them l denied it because of their lake of information. Fine l did call them again after a while then Fana answered the call and said they have a new laptop for me but when l got there, he pretended not remember me and he gave me an old laptop lying to my face with every detailing l am very pist off. Infect the day I bought the laptop a man was screaming at them and threatening them that if they don't fix his pc, he would call the certain guy l did not take it personally. But as l have been going back and forth l have noticed that the staff has no proper management and no open communication to their clients only, they need is cash.
