Questionable and dishonest

I bought a property with estate agent Avrille Grainger, whom i'm told has been in business for many years. Please note that she told me that house plans were not law, therefore not needed; she scratched out the Disclosure section on the Offer to purchase POST-APPROVAL by the seller and I (as we did not initial this change, which is anyways *******) and only sent me a copy of the Offer post approval. Please be very careful when doing business with the company and this agent in particular as they have been dishonest in their dealings with me. Check everything, get the a detailed disclosure form and approved house plans with the latest changes to the property and all other documents in order, and dot all your i's - protect yourself. Neither the Estate Agent nor the owner are kosher and they have each other's backs.
