I paid R4200.00 for an extra battery for an ecoflow inverter. I purchased it as it was recommended by ecoflow customer support claiming that Atomic Range was their re seller. I paid in February and received an order number. But subsequently customer support at Atomic Range doesn't respond to emails. The website cannot be accessed because it is not a secure site and the phone calls end immediately. Support at ecoflow customer services suggests that I report the matter to the police. They are based in China and can do nothing about it.
I ordered an extra battery for the ecoflow river inverter from atomic range online store in February 2023 and have not received my battery. I emailed the company canceling the order and requesting a refund. However there has been no response to the emails that I sent. The website is no longer a secure website, so I can't access it. The phone number when called ends immediately with message call ended. It seems as though the company is no longer existing.
