🌞 Go Solar, They Said. 🌞 But what happens when the solar installation experience turns sour? 😔 I want to share my frustrating journey with Gola Solar Technologies. Initially, I was impressed with their communication and feedback during the quotation phase. The installation went smoothly, with a few minor snags that were promptly fixed by Aubrey, their representative. However, my enthusiasm quickly faded when problems arose. On June 21st, my Deye inverter started alarming with an F18 code. Despite following instructions and turning off the system, I received no feedback or resolution from Gola Solar. My daily messages requesting updates were met with blue ticks and silence. 😔 Now, I find myself contemplating legal action as a last resort. It's disheartening to be ignored and neglected as a customer after investing in a solar system that was meant to provide reliable and efficient power. I share this story as a cautionary tale for others considering Gola Solar Technologies or any of the other companies they trade under. It's essential to thoroughly research and consider all options before making a decision. I hope that Gola Solar Technologies takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service practices.
