So the boss sold the company and new people took over so they offered new contracts in the contract it says that we have to go for a poligraph test and if you don't go you cant work for the compony anymore
I had an account with old mutual which they stopped deducting payments ,we then started to make cash deposits i then also went on short time and then i left it ,few years later i opened a life policy for my husband i then wanted to change over to my husband account for the fees to be collected as the deposits was not one of the best options for me ,but they said it would be a issue with doing that i then gave my previous capitec account number an no payments was deducted and no feedback was given to me on whats happening and also no contract was issued to me ,the service was very poor and up to date still no feedback.Reasons why i left everything as is but would love to get feedback in regards to the policies and would want my money back as no contract was issued can this be looked into as im very upset with the type of service ive receieved ,i have communicated via email with them but no feedback was received.
