<div>Hello all Apex Motorsport is one of the KW and ST suspension GMBH distributors in South Africa so I contacted Dennis at Apex Motorsport on 26/11/2024 to enquire about coi***** suspension for my 2012 C63 Sedan and 1998 VW Mk3 Golf. He was friendly and informative and provided a quote for both cars on the same day and I was happy to move forward and I sent him proof of payment for the required deposit on 29/11/2024. He then proceeded to place the order for both sets of coi*****s but I noticed that he ordered KW coi*****s for a C63 Coupe instead of a Sedan so I immediately notified him that this was a mistake in his part and that he must amend the order to the parts for the Sedan variant of C63 which he confirmed on 04/12/2024. He then messaged me on 09/12/2024 and advised that both coi***** sets would be ready for collection on 10/12/2024 and I then went ahead and made payment in full on 11/12/2024 and collected both sets of coi*****s in person on the same day and I noticed that the set for the C63 was for a Coupe and not a Sedan, in complete disregard of my instructions to Dennis and his acknowledgement of my instruction as well. I notified him of this and his replaces was that the C63 Coupe variant of coi*****s will fit the C63 Sedan without any issues even though I knew for a fact the part numbers are different between the two models. I then emailed KW Suspension in Germany on the same day sending them the part numbers of the 2 different coi***** kits and pictures of the part numbers on the springs and damper units in my kit and they responded in the same day confirming that my kit was for the Coupe model of C63 and not the Sedan, and they confirmed that the front springs included in my kit were incorrect for my car and that I should contact the distributor (Dennis at Apex Motorsport) to order the correct set of front springs for my C63 Sedan. I printed the email as proof as it included the part numbers for the correct springs, I visited Dennis in person on 17/12/2024 and provided him with the email which proved that he was wrong and he confirmed that he would order the new springs which should be ready for me to collect in a week. The springs did not arrive in a week as per his statement and I followed up with him on 02/01/2025 and 14/01/2025 and my springs have still not arrived to date which is 28/01/2025. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable and I have also filed a complaint to KW suspension Germany directly so that they are well aware of the incompetence, and negligence that is being delivered by their so called distributor here in South Africa. Dennis will never see a cent of my business ever again and I will deal with KW Suspension GMBH directly for my future support.</div>
I received professional and prompt service from Auto Body Specialists who assisted me with fixing a very simple problem after I received a completely incorrect diagnosis from an official BMW dealership. My car is a pleasure to drive again. Super grateful to the team at ARC, keep up the great work.
