I am very disappointed dissapointent with insurance of telkom i log claim on the 13 June 2023 I send all was expected from me they assign my case to Bongiwe@adminplus till today no phone the werse part ever they block my number I cant do sim swap I am waiting for them to finish this process now I am running out of patience I have enough evidence to lay complaint on Ombudsmen I never skip a single premium now its a thank I am getting from Telkom
