Horrible Experience
A total *******! The staff were extremely friendly but definitely not trained. The nail tech took barely a minute to file my nail polish off and I was charged R80. The ladies are inexperienced. All they do is file your foot underneath and call it a pedicure. My nail polish came off after 6 hours and what horrified me was that they use a Japanese folding fan to dry your nails, not even LED dryers. So as hilarious as it sounds, you literally have a lady fanning your toes. The service is poor. When I called in to politely and respectfully let them know how inexperienced and overpriced they are, the lady that took my call was extremely rude and defensive. She’s got no idea of customer service and satisfaction especially after voicing my complaint so politely to them. Disgusted! Sozo is a no go zone!
