Imagine getting approval from your bank in June 2024 for a new house, come September the house that was already fully built ins not ready for you to move in because the construction/maintenance team claims they will not do anything because they have not received all the approvals required to proceed. We all know it takes 3 months to register a how’s, why do I need to walk on hot coals to get assistance? I inspected the house in July and signed the happy letter. When the house got registered no one bothered to call me to arrange collection of the keys or confirm when I can move in. I reached out after a week only to find out the house was still a mess and not ready for occupation. Keys have been missing from July and no one seems bothered enough to look for them? I went from being excited to resenting the experience I’ve had with the sales team and the developers attorneys. I really wonder what kind of estate I’m moving into. The guy managing the maintenance team had the nerve to tell him that’s how they do things as if the house was given to me for free. I’m appalled at the after sales service as Charmaine never listens when you speak and is 3 quick to close a sale. She disappeared after she received all the signed documents and never bothered to check whether I’ve moved in. I’m ****ed off at the team that was managing the inspection as I was sent to different people to deal with this. What were you guys doing from July to September? I still don’t have a clue who to contact to sort this mess out. This is by far the worst sales and hand over experience I’ve ever had. No one knows who is responsible for this mess which baffles me.
