Dedicated service
The Sharetrackin team are dedicated to their clients and ever willing to assist. I find the Sharetrackin platform very user friendly and informative. Share trading is a complex environment but the Technician who gives me regular training is patient and guides me in a very understandable way.

Great reservations experience
Trisha Maharaj is a marvelous reservations agent. Trisha is ever willing to find suitable holiday breaks for me and she goes the extra mile to notify me should vacancies become available at resorts where I have difficulty finding availability......... she has just secured a booking for me at Beacon Isle. Trisha is always polite and friendly and is timeous in dealing with requests. I look forward to future dealings with Trisha.

Great service from Mattress Warehouse - Mossel Bay
I recently visited Mattress Warehouse in Mossel Bay to enquire about a steel cabinet. Simone and Ray were super friendly and polite and assisted in placing an order. Simone kept me updated on the order and the cabinet was delivered, free of charge, by Romeo and his colleague, today. Romeo contacted me before hand to confirm place and time. They also kindly assembled the cabinet for me. Great service!

Great service from PPR staff!
My membership with FlexiClub is coming to an end and I was given the opportunity to switch over to Premier Private Resorts. Saloshni, from the marketing department, contacted me several times during the switch and was very patient in explaining the process so that I fully understood the implications. Once the switch was done I had accounts queries. I emailed the Accounts Dept. and got a prompt response from Adile Ndlovu who fully understood my query. He was extremely polite and helpful and gave me an undertaking that he would follow up and revert. Adile contacted me within days and advised that the issue had been resolved. I'm looking forward to many trouble free holiday bookings through Premier Private Resorts.

Sharetracking makes share trading simple
The Sharetrackin system is very comprehensive and is a very useful tool in exploring the equities market. The system is very detailed and as a layman I find it challenging to navigate but the tutorials are very educational. There are regular webinars which cover many topics related to share trading and these are very informative and useful. I have regular one on one training sessions and the technician who gives me these sessions takes me through processes in a simple way making it easy for me to grasp. The technician is patient when taking me through our sessions.

failed investment
<p>I made 2 investments in Green Baskets with Electio totalling R135k. I have recently received a cessation letter from them advising me that Electio will no longer trade on my behalf and I need to take delivery of the metals making up my basket. I needed to issue instructions by 7/8/2017 as to what warehouse delivery is to be made and these instructions were to be sent to a support email address provided in the cessation letter. I have emailed that address 3 times asking for more clarity as to what I'm expected to do and have had no response. I have tried calling the company's JHB, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices but the numbers are not in service. In light of their silence I am assuming they will not honour delivery. What now?</p>
