False pricing

I went to exclusively Food in Vincent to buy the 3kg Koo Beans with the price of R83 from the shelves which was the false adverti*****t to my surprise when I get to the tills the price was no longer the price that it was from the shelf ,which now was R121 and I brought this matter to the supervisor that I am not paying the **** pricing of R121 I want it to with the price I saw.To cut the long story short I walked out because the manager did not authorize the price.Hellopeter please advise if this was the good service as I took the picture of the **** price.
