Excellent Customer Service and Great Product Quality
My name is Teboho Galane from North -West in Rustenburg ,I’m also one of this companies customer I bought a water slide from them and honestly I’m beyond happy their customer service is excellent,Yes just like everyone else I was skeptical to pay the 50% deposit to someone Iv never met or seen their Workshop I mean this is Mzansi we all know bad things are happening in South Africa,But after doing my research and thorough investigation I was comfortable to even pay full price when placing my order . Yesterday my Water Slide was delivered all the way from joburg to Rustenburg unfortunately we didn’t have electricity to test it but today we did test it and I’m very happy with the quality of this slide and looking forward to working with them again..They are legit I highly recommend them

They Take responsibility,Fast and also reliable
Mina shame I think I was the unlucky one with this company I bought Le Creuset Vase and when it arrived it the bottom part was broken ,I waited for almost a week for this parcel to arrive only to receive it broken my heart was very broken more than than Vase. BlueCrest Took Full responsibility Of the damage and Replaced It With a New One also to Apologise They Gave Me 2 Coffee Mugs of Carol Boyes ,I really am so happy with this Company And would edge anyone to make business with them You won’t regret it

Absolutely Incredible Service and Quality!
I recently bought a jumping castle and a Smeg kettle and toaster from Bluecrest Events Solutions (based in Pretoria), and I’m all the way in Newcastle, KZN—yet they delivered everything right to my doorstep over the weekend! Let me tell you, when that jumping castle arrived, I was speechless! It’s absolutely beautiful, super strong, and the quality is top-notch. A full 10/10 I'm very impressed it's not easy to trust business we see on social media but bluecrest really impressed me. I bought an inflatable obstacle course for my kids, and I’m beyond impressed! The quality is outstanding—it’s incredibly strong, and the stitching is absolutely perfect. The team at BlueCrest truly delivered, literally and figuratively—they delivered it all the way from Pretoria to my home without a hitch. I was a little nervous & skeptical at first but I took a leap of faith and I paid without seeing the factory in person also their solid reputation gave me the confidence to go ahead, and I’m so glad I did. Just one day after delivery, I already had my first rental at a nearby school, and now even more bookings are coming in! Huge shoutout to Mr. Cidwell, the number one salesperson at BlueCrest. They Deliver excellent Quality Products ,Happy Customer
I write this review with great joy and happiness in my heart ♥️,Today I received My order delivered straight to my door step all the way from Pretoria To KZN ..I really must give this company their well deserved flowers 🌺. I bought a 3 in 1 Jumping Castle,Softplay Combo set and Smeg Kettle and Toaster Set And Everything was delivered Right on my door step 💃 💃 The service I received from this people was just amazing and their products are excellent quality,jumping castle is made with strong materials and it’s so light and Softplay set was just to die for,the 2 Smeg appliances works perfectly and I love the fact that they gave me a 3 years warranty.. Cidwell keep it up my brother hope one day you open your own establishment,I I highly recommend this company they are legit and very much trustworthy also they deliver no matter the distance iam living proof of that.

They deliver on time

Great Service Delivery
This Company is the Best Truly I'm so happy with their service,their jumping castles are of great quality and they deliver on time. I paid deposit while in Eastern Cape Mthata And in like 5 days they called to arrange for delivery..I'm so impressed with Luthando Shabangu he is trust worth amd a loyal also a very kind business man.thanks luthado keep it up.
