Pathetic Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Krunch SA. I contacted them om the 30/06/2023 and spoke to Lea and she advised someone would call me back s I advised her I purchased 2 boxes of Krunch Vhips at Crazy Plastocs in Amanzimtoti on special 2 bixes fir R100 and i opened 2 packets and they were stale even though the expiry date was 31 July 2023.I have not eceived no call back. I called back on the 7th of July and was promised again to be called back but no callback.I then called again the next week and spoke to Lea again and once again promised a call back.Roy contacted me on 17 July and I explained the issue and was promised a call back and no call back.I called them back on the 24th July and was told Roy will call me and no call back yet.Very pathetic service,seems like Krunch does not value its customers.Please explain why happens now with the unopened chips I have now.
