THE WORST!!! Countless calls and false promises to attend to my small issue after TEN DAYS. Had to leave work twice to meet non-existent technicians who didn't have the respect to let me know they would not show up. Zero respect without ANY communication or anyone calling me back. Zero respect for a persons' time and money (spent over R1800 on airtime & data calling them (spoke to over 20 different agents and bots) - and then they STILL had the audacity to take off a full payment after I cancelled after 10 days with no internet in order to go with a better provider (after threatening to do so multiple times) Basically ******* and absolutely awful customer care. DO NOT use this terrible company, there SO many better options out there! (I was connected within hours with another provider - ZERO issues and constant communication in the process)
Micheala was fast, efficient and caring. Have been with Dotsure for over 5 years and they have been consistently amazing! Have just insured our new little pup with them and the process is quick and simple and immediate.
