Most disconcerting. My account is suspended and money trapped there. No reason given except "account under review". It's been 3 days and zero feedback. The last time I asked my assigned account manager (JASON) for details, he read my message on whatsapp and never even had the courtesy to respond. I know of someone else dealing with the same issue, but for a far larger amount. Plus, there seems to be a trend in the reviews. Is this the tip of the iceberg?
