Beware of Spec Savers Ferndale Republic
Stay away from.Spec Savers Ferndale Republic.I went in with a bent back arm of my glass to be sent in for repairs. The receptionist simply bent it back and broke it right in front of me ( me or my hisband could have done this too then why should I even come here for repairing) She tells me I can order a new frame and when I asked her why she just broke it she pointed to a dign saying ( frame repairs at your own risk)

Face Book Market place damaged goods sold
I bought a tablecloth from Kristina Gubic off Facebook marketplace. When I received the item via Pudo courier and opened it I noticed that there were alot of brown rust looking stains on that weren't disclosed un the descrioption on FB Market place. When I made a refund request and complaint Kristina became very defensive and insulting and attempted to push forward the idea everybody know Vintage items could be somewhat damaged. She also accused me of buyers regret and that I obviously wanted a new item and not Antique. She actually told me to first wash it then come back to her if I can't get those stains out. I tried for days to get a refund. She told me that she had to money. However days later she said she she now could refund me but wanted my home address before refunding me. I refused. I gave her my banking details, offered to come deliver it and do an exchange. All of which she refused.

DONT USE BUZZ CLEANERS Grassy Park Kay Isaacs
This owner of this company, Kay Isaacs is a ****mer. She told me the job was done and asked for the balance 50%. Im in Joburg and this is rental.property. I found out fortunately before I paid that they did not complete the job and their poor quality steamer burnt out. They left half the place still dirty and went home. They never returned and never rep**** to my messages asking them to go complete the job. Kay **** and told me she made arrangements with the new tenants in order to try get payment. The invoice was R2750 for a two bedroom apartment. Total ******* even for half the amount.

Disappointing experience
Luke warm cappucino Table not wiped clean from previous customer French toast brioche bread was not fresh Slow service. Waitor never came to check if I needed anything after order. Very disappointing experiwncw
