Title: Disappointing Experience with Isabel Jacobs Properties

I regret writing this review about Isabel Jacobs Properties, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been subpar, frustrating, and below my expectations within the bounds of the law. First and foremost, my interactions with the agency's staff were consistently unprofessional. Throughout the process, I found them to be dismissive and lacking the knowledge needed to provide accurate and reliable information. It was evident that they had not taken the time to thoroughly understand the legal intricacies of the real estate industry, which left me frequently questioning their advice, if any was given at all. Furthermore, the agency's communication was severely lacking. Emails went unanswered for days, and phone calls were rarely returned. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary delays and added to the frustration of an already stressful situation. When I did manage to get a hold of someone, they seemed uninterested and unprepared to address my concerns, leaving me feeling incredibly undervalued as a client. The owner of Isabel Jacobs Properties is always rude when speaking to someone and when you show your frustration the owner tells you to watch your tone and you will not address her in that manner. so how must one address her when nothing is being done Additionally, the agency demonstrated a lack of transparency that is essential in any property agency operating within the law. There were numerous instances where important details were withheld until the last minute, such as hidden fees or changes in contractual terms. This not only eroded my trust in the agency but also left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a client. Lastly, I must address the agency's unprofessional conduct when it comes to ethical and moral considerations. In one instance, I complained about basic service delivery where we constantly have to beg for hot water and some services are not being delivered, We also struggle to get communication on why this is happening even though we are paying for the utilities that we use. Such disregard for ethical practices is concerning and should not be tolerated. In conclusion, my experience with Isabel Jacobs Properties has been disappointing and far from satisfactory within the confines of the law. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, lack of transparency, mishandling of legal matters, and questionable ethical conduct make it impossible for me to recommend their services to anyone seeking a trustworthy property agency.
