Had my 30th birthday celebration at this place. On the day of the event my people went to go set up as we couldn't set up the day before because of another event that was happening on the Friday. Came to the venue and the staff was still busy cleaning up ( they just opened up 30mins prior), so 1 of my guys decided to go get breakfast (McDonald's) while they were waiting for them to finish. He came back sat down and as they were eating the owner (Dona) came out shouting and screaming and insulting them in front of her staff. Instead of telling them nicely she just went off at them. I understand why she would be angry but the speak to your customers like that, is a big no no and ver unprofessional. Just after the incident she sends me a message to inform me that the agreed money I would be paying per person will be more. Imagine!... Telling me that prices are not freezed and to top it off they had no stock so the dessert I wanted I would not be getting. She told me all of this literally 2 hours before my event. I paid my deposit 2 months before the event she had not mentioned that there would be a price change and than she tells me that I would not be getting the dessert I want. I mean come on you had 2 months to get stock and you didn't even have the decency to let me know in time. I am so disappointed and don't think that I ever go there again. I want to say thank you to the waiter and floor manager for your great service. @Dona you should not run a business as you don't know how to speak to your customers
