My Name is Daniel Mbedzi, I have an account with Dion Wired, I call on Monday 2023/07/31 and request for the letter that says my account is up to date, and they advised that it only takes up to 48 hours to get the letter, I called on Tuesday to do the follow up, still there was nothing I then call on Wednesday they advise that they sent the letter to the incorrect email, I provided them with the correct email address even today I didn't receive any letter, today(Thursday) I call and requested for the letter they said to me that they have send a request for the letter, I then ask to speak to the Manager, I hold and hold for 30 minutes I hang up and phone again looking for Manager, then they advise that the Manager is busy he/she will call me back. I haven't received the call till now. This is really pathetic service, can someone attend to my request urgently?????
