Rude Security Guard
did not like the attitude we got from the security guard at your hospital gate last night, Please sort this out. My mom was admitted here 2 days back and my dad got a call informing him mom was rushed in ICU before the operation she was admitted for so we drove straight to aloecrest and to find this rude security at the entrance gate who stopped us and searched my dad's car like we were *****, asking many unnecessary questions. You have a beautiful hospital and superb nurses but please sort some of your staff because anyone coming to any hospital for any medical treatment is not emotionally OK.
