Smart Appliances provided a ********** service experience. My dishwasher was held for over a month with no updates unless I initiated contact. Communication via email was equally unproductive. They blamed Hisense for the delay without reasonable updates. After pressing for action, I received an incorrect report on the same day. Their administrators displayed incompetence throughout. The only time I got swift service was when I requested my dishwasher back, which was delivered promptly. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing service from Smart Appliances. I recently received a reply to my review on google of smart appliances, and I was taken aback by the tone and content of their response. It appeared to include comments that attacked my gender and indirectly insulted my ***uality. I believe in open and respectful communication, and I was disappointed to see such offensive remarks in your reply.
Extremely disappointed with Elna's communication on advertised lessons. It's disheartening to see all my messages, emails and calls blatantly ignored. As a potential customer, this unresponsiveness has been frustrating and unprofessional. Please prioritize improving your communication to ensure a better experience for others.
