Takes deposit then gaslights when it comes to returning money

Guy McLaren also known as the Dust Factory. Takes the deposit. Vanishes for months. Makes promises, appointments, arrangements to come bring the goods with a time and date. Never shows (after repeated arranges and chances, and sitting for hours waiting for him to come) When you finally get upset at this behavioral and want your money back after months of no delivery, he attempts to gaslight the customer into believing that --they-- are the problem. Despite him being paid a deposit for an uncompleted job, making promises, never delivering, and not returning the money. Extremely abusive and unprofessional and will turn what was a simple hire for a job into 'it's your fault'. Will even send letters of demand to request that the 'harassment' stops. All without ever returning your money. Please be very cautious of this abusive individual who makes matters very personal and will portray himself as a victim. He takes the money, doesn't do the job, and never refunds you.
