Poor in everything they do
Buy from them at your own risk. They sell faulty cars, their customer service department peddles lies, their managers are never available. My purchase was the first and the last. They are pathetic

Carzuka Selling Mechanically Defective Cars
Absolutely disgusted by the service given by Carzuka. They sell mechanically defective vehicles. Bought a car for my wife a month and half ago. In this period it has had two different mechanical breakdowns. The recent one being now. The vehicle was reported faulty two weeks ago. They initially informed me the problem was the car battery. Only for them to inform me there is an issue with a fuel pump. When I bought the car they informed me of repairs amounting to R12k that I approved and was hoping they we're selling me a healthy vehicle. They sold me garbage. I have been buying cars for year and this is the worst experience ive ever encountered. Not only was this my first and last time dealing with these people, I will make sure I inform everyone in my circle of the pathetic experience I encountered. Im absolutely disgusted. Two weeks without a car, they can ****** keep it.
