Excellent communication, great turn-around time. Wide variety of health, food, and beauty products at competitive prices. Best for me is that they deliver via Pargo.

Avoid this company!
Avoid Mmela at all costs. I cannot transfer ownership of my vehicle as I have not received the necessary documentation - after 6 months!

Good all round service!
I love the wide range of product options available, and especially that Faithful to Nature is both Environmentally and Socially conscious. The product reviews are very helpful, as is the detail provided for each product. Even though I use the Pargo option, I'm always amazed at how quickly my order is packed and shipped. The fun rhyme about my order makes my day. Friendly response to any queries. Highly recommend Faithful to Nature.

Communication is key to customer satisfaction
When making an appointment at the practice, I forwarded my medical aid details. When I arrived for my appointment, I confirmed my medical aid details and gave through my pre-authorisation number. At NO stage was I informed that the practice was contracted out of my medical aid. When I received an account, I requested that the practice claim directly from my medical aid. I received a very unpleasant email telling me that my medical aid had cancelled their contract and dealing with the medical aid was not their problem. The whole experience, and unpleasant emails could have been avoided, if the practice informed me when I gave my medical aid details, that they were no longer contracted-in to the medical aid. The lack of communication and maturity from the practice was appalling.

Helpful and Knowledgeable.
Small internet cafe and copy business in a small town. Good overall service with supply of WiFi, repairs to laptop computer, installation of software. Knowledgeable and willing to help solve IT issues. Other services also offered, but haven't tried these.
