Never ever do yourself a disservice of buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from them on the 3 Feb 2024, In March the car had problems already and to go in for repairs for the whole of March. Again, in June the car breakdown and it stopped moving altogether. The car had to be towed for investigation, the problem is found. It will cost around R45 000 to fix it engine, which the Warranty will not cover. The Dealer says "I "the customer must pay it. In short, the Dealer sold me a defective vehicle, which now they do not want to have it repaired, does not want to cancel a deal nor give me a replacement vehicle. It's a nightmare that won't end. All that I want is them to give me a replacement car or cancel the deal. This was my first car and unfortunately did not have a good experience of enjoying driving and owning a car. Akson Wheels PMB, avoid by all means if possible.
This review is based on the delivery of the medical insurance card, the lady that picked my call promised to deliver it asap and their first delivery took less than 5 days.
