Study material
I registered with Damelin on the 4 March 2020 and to date I have not received outcome results for the 9 exams that I have written and the study material for Word2010 Level1, which is one of the modules on the course and is the remaining one in order for me to complete the course . There are 10 modules in this course and I have written exams for 9, because Word2010 does not have an examination but rather an assignment is required in order to pass.and in order to pass. I have not received study material for Word2910 to date and several attempts have been made by myself to get assistance from Damelin but instead I have been sent from pillar to post.This course is funded by my employer and because the course has since expired I am expected to submit the academic results or pay back the bursary fee. This has taken a serious toll on my mental health because opportunities are passing me and I can’t grow within the organisation.
