I bought units on 27/8/2023, the meter said units were rejected. Keep in mind my units were already low. The next day, 28/8/2023, I called the number on their website at 09:31 and was told the meter system was offline and when the system is offline they will load the units i paid for (this has also happened many times before). I called again at 12:59 and was told the system is up again and the units were going to be uploaded soon and have nothing to worry about. At 16:30 i saw the units were still not loaded and my remaining units were now running critically low, i decided to call the number again where i was told multiple times I'm the 1st caller in line and the phone got hung up on me, this happened 4 times, in total i was on hold for 23 minutes with no answer. It is now 17:53 and my units will not last the night, this is a warning to iS Metering: if anything goes off in my fridge/freezer, any appliance breaks or overloads or malfunctions because of no units/ low voltage supply/high voltage supply, i will send the bill of repairs/replacement to you.
