Here I find myself making a retraction statement on my previous review. The company has reached out to me after no communication. They offered their sincerest apologies, and in addition to this they followed up with swift action to ensure my satisfaction. I received my goods, just as swiftly, after having been given a choice between a refund and my goods, I then chose the latter. All in all, aside from the delay in communication I will say that they did do good by me, in fact, in hindsight their only issue was late communication. That will prove to be an issue for most, but SkateNation is very legit , and ready to meet out what their clients demand and purchase from them.
Placed an order totalling R1250. Have been waiting now for any updates on my order, and I'm getting ghosted from the company. Not are they only bad with communication, communication is non existent with these guys. Just really hope I didn't get ****med. I've since asked for a refund and now I'm getting ignored. Stay far away for anyone wanting to buy skate gear. There was no company as skate nation on hello Peter prior to me writing this review, that's one more thing to consider.
-Update- My last review I made on Glen Seeds, I stated that I was sold either old or non viable seeds, upon this I reached out to Glen Seeds and they very promptly responded and resolved my issue by sending to me new seeds. My last review was made on Aug 28th 2023, and Glen Seeds after emailing them, responded on the 29th of August. I received my new Chili Seeds and planted them on the 10th of Sep 2023 and 9 to 10 days in I am seeing germination of super hot chilis, which are expected to only germinate within 15 to 21 days. Very good quality seeds indeed! I now intend on continuing business with Glen Seeds as they've shown a keen interest in preserving their quality of service as well as the satisfaction of their customers.
Placed a large order on chili seeds, as I am quite the pepper enthusiast. Seeds arrived, and the total of my order costed me around R622 with shipping. I was quite exited to plant my chili seeds, as Glen Seeds boast quite a wide variety of chili seeds, I planted them indoors under optimum conditions, i.e degrees were under a heat mat at 28 to 30 degrees, planted them on 24th of June and on most of the seeds I purchased , around August the 28th there still wasn't any germination on my seeds, well over 2 months, and nothing, no sprouting had occurred, the most time a superhot chili can take is 40 days max. So either I was sold very old seeds or unviable seeds that wouldn't germinate and sprout from the get go. So in conclusion I wasted quite a bit of my money on them. I emailed them and I got no response so far. Take heed from my experience with Glen Seeds if you intend to spend as much as I have.
