Dear Hellopeter In December 2024, I was referred to Tlesego enterprises. Through a contact I trusted. I contacted Mr Ranyadi regarding purchasing a vehicle. He informed me that I needed to pay R8,000 upfront in order to secure a car. He assured me that many South Africans had successfully bought cars from him and that my transaction was safe. Based on these assurances, I transferred R8,000 via Capitec EFT to his account. To date, no car has been delivered. When I requested a refund, he initially refused. After I informed him that I would report the matter, he began giving me repeated promises that the money would be returned. He promised payment on 15 January, then 2 February, and on multiple other occasions. None of these promises were honoured. I am still waiting for my money. Today, he stated that he is not afraid of social media and has still not refunded me. I am a single parent raising three school-going children, and this loss has placed me under severe financial strain. I trusted this business in good faith and simply want my R8,000 refunded. I am posting this complaint to: Warn other consumers Request urgent assistance in recovering my money I am willing to resolve this matter immediately if the refund is paid. Desired Resolution Full refund of R8,000 paid upfront.
I once bought a cell phone from them, but the following day I lost it. After sometimes I found out that they handed me over to Nimble Collect. I settled all the balance with them. Moreover, the Nimble group has provided me with the settlement letter. The very same letter doesn't help me my name still appears on the bureau simply because Jabba Connect is using a different reference number. I tried to google the Jabba Connect without success. I am still appearing as a bad payer and I can't move on with my life because of them. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I have been waiting for a re-print of the certificate of my qualification - 120 Credit, which I requested from Milpark three months ago. To this day, nothing has come to light even though I have paid the fee of R600 for this service. I am about to lose my job in fifteen days if Milpark doesn't honour my request to re-issue this certificate. In insurance, we lean on the principle of 'Fit and Proper - Honest and Integrity'. Now, it appears as if I was dishonest about acquiring this qualification. I got hired based on the premise that I will produce this certificate. I feel helpless, and I really don't know what to do. Please help - anybody.
