I went to fit two new front tyres on the car which they did and i did wheel balancing then they told me its compulsory to do alignment which i paid for but then when i drove the car the alignment was way off on my car and when i drove it it just turned left as if i was turning the steering wheel then they phoned to hear about my experience and i told them its not right and they said they will phone me again to fix the problem and when they phoned me i couldn't answer but thats the last i heard from them i had to since pay to get the alignment done properly and now it will cost me to get new tyres again for the front due to the alignment issue and i feel that customer service from that company is ridiculous and not up to standard.
