I app**** for a loan with Greensky on Tuesday. They approved my loan and send me an OTP number. When I follow up they told me my bank account number was wrong. I did double check that my information was correct, they changed my bank account number. they charged me R1600.00 that I had to pay into Capitec PVANDE account name to find out that the account belongs to a person with the surname Van der Vent to rectify the bank account number that I paid. They telegram me to say my bank account was rectified, when I asked for a new OTP number they rep**** I must pay R4000.00 because the computer only give one OTP and I must pay for the new OTP number. this is a big **** to get money out of people that is in need of a loan. Susanna the credit manager talks with you on messenger / facebook. When I told her I am not paying she rep**** that the money didn't pay out,because of wrong banking details and it's my fault. Please Hello Peter can you investigate Greensky and shut them down.
