Basil Read not paying a death claim to the family

My father(PS Mahlangu) passed on in October 2013, when he was working for Basil Read.<br> We have submitted a death claim(with all the documents required) to Basil Reads a few weeks after he passed on. <br> <br> I have been following on the status of the death claim with Basil Read HR personnel on the e-mails.<br> After a lengthy followup with them on this death claim, we were promised(on the 24 November 2015) that the death claim will be paid to the estate account before the company's shutdown on 10 Dec 2015.<br> <br> The claim has not been paid as promised.<br> When I follow up with Basil Reads on the e-mails, no one responds to my mails anymore.<br> I have a pool of e-mails to this effect to serve as a proof of the empty promises made to the deceased 's family by Basil Read. <br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore. It has been a full two years we have submitted the death claim.
